New improvement in the Users’ part of ExpertMusic portal

ExpertMusic presents new improvements in the Users’ part of the Portal developed by our IT team. Last month, a new multilingual version of the system was successfully launched. Now our clients have the opportunity to choose the preferable language to be used while working in their personal account. All capabilities and interface elements are available for any language version. As of today, Russian, Polish and English versions are available; further developments of more language versions with regard to the locality, number of regular users and their demands, are in the pipeline.

So, to sign up to ExpertMusic platform go to the web-site, choose the language, branch and country, and fill out some data fields. The information provided by you at this stage allows to ensure that you will be shown only those playlists that are relevant to your branch and activity area (Personal user Account, “Playlists” section). Such filter was developed at the request of our clients. The language is selected in your Personal Account. Having once logged in, you will not have to enter the necessary language again as it will be memorized by default. At the same time, the system is quite flexible, and you can easily change language settings both at the stage of logging in and while working in your Personal Account (see picture 1). All the requests and inquiries are forwarded to the Customer Support Service where they are analyzed and processed. The solutions are sent back to the counter-agent in the language that was selected in their profile.
